RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinate and oversee scope, budget, time, quality, and external implementation teams/partners.
  • Execute projects following Red Bull project management standards and principles.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams such as architecture and business partners.
  • Manage stakeholders, risks, and testing processes.

SOLUTION DESIGN

  • Develop global analytical applications (dashboards, reports, etc.)
  • Coordinate IT consulting teams to create solutions using best-in-class technologies with a high degree of integration.

SERVICE OWNERSHIP

  • Oversee the development of services within HR analytics and manage the entire service lifecycle.
  • Establish service strategy and define future roadmaps.
  • Ensure optimal usability, performance, and satisfaction for end-users.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of applications and end-to-end business processes.
  • Implement proper monitoring and scalability measures, while striving to enhance performance.
  • Act as the escalation point for major incidents affecting the service.
  • Define an appropriate support concept and manage the operational support of the service.

DATA MANAGEMENT

  • Manage technical and contextual data.
  • Connect business language to technical tools.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

4 years+ professional experience (senior) in the area of analytics solutions. University degree in Computer Science/ Business Administration or equal practical experience. Strong English language skills (written and spoken). Experience in human resources processes, data sets, reporting and analytics. Knowledge of SAP BW/BI/BW4HANA is essential, all other database or front-end technologies a plus (SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, SnowFlake) Experience withing FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) environment is a plus. Self-motivated team player, good communication skills, performance and results-oriented. Collaborative and proactive mindset, agility, adaptability to changing circumstances. Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions. Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Experience in managing projects and delivery of applications.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.691 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
